The data used in this project was sourced from UC Irvine dataset repository which contains attributed of wines collected from Vinho Verde region in northern Portugal.

The data was fairly clean and easy to use. All attributes when modeled had a positive effect on the quality although the highest were alcohol and the sulphate levels. That is what I eventually used for plotting purposes.
